Is recording something a teacher can forget?
No. It is not a button that anyone holds — not the teacher, not the academy owner, not us. Capture happens on the server when a class starts and the file belongs to your academy. A parent who asks what happened in a lesson gets a record rather than a recollection.
Do students or parents need an account?
No. They open the link the teacher sends, check their camera and microphone, and wait to be let in. There is nothing to install and no password for a child to lose.
What happens on a weak connection?
Classes run in the browser and adapt to the connection they get, dropping video quality before they drop the audio a lesson depends on. We are not publishing a speed figure until we have measured one on the tablets our students actually use — and when we do, we will say how we measured it.
What are you not good at?
Feature count. The large meeting platforms have a decade of whiteboards, integrations, and network engineering on us, and if you need all of it you should use one of them. We are better at exactly one thing: a teacher's room that children pass through one at a time, and a record of it you can check afterwards.
Can we move an academy across mid-term?
Yes, and while accounts are invite-only we do the setup with you — your teachers, your subjects, and your first invitations — rather than handing you a signup form and hoping.
